The Panic Attacks

We use our website to schedule raids, and a scheduling tool called RaidNinja will allow you to let us know whether or not you are available. The process is simple: sign up for nights on which you will be available to raid, check back on the forum for when and where raids are occuring, and show up.

Players ranked Warlord and higher are required to use RaidNinja for every raid night and will be demoted if they consistently fail to do so.

Keep in mind, there will be situations where you show up to the stone and are not included on the raid, simply because we can't bring everyone every time. Also keep in mind that if you are benched for a particular raid, you can earn DKP to keep pace with that night's raiders by farming! 2 gold per 1 dkp point or rough-AH-equivalent will do the trick. Best suggestions for DKP farming are primals, alchemy mats used for raiding, fel iron/admantite/khorium ore for repair bots, or just straight gold if that works better for you. Mail your DKP stuff to Rifthood to get your points.

Getting set up for the first time:

Register for RaidNinja.

Simply click the "Calendar" link at the top of your screen. Your login is the same as your username/password for this forum. Bookmark this site so you can flip to it quickly whenever you want... great way to keep tabs on how we're looking for a raid on any given night.

Getting your account set up is pretty straightforward, but there are a few technicalities to make sure you've checked, so I have put together a step-by-step. Please use it.

Make sure your time zone settings are correct!

Once you're set up:

1. Sign up on RaidNinja for the nights you're going to be available.
2. Check the Bulletin Board for raid locations.

Remember, on main raiding nights (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), you should be showing up ready to raid by 8pm server, even if a specific raid location was not posted on the forum. This may happen from time to time (Leaders have real lives too), although we do our best to keep you informed of our intentions for every raiding night.
